The OBJECTIVE
With the expansion of their business, PerfectHome relocated their Head Office to a larger premises to accommodate future growth. Ian Smith Interiors were instructed to deliver a complete furniture and design solution across all departments, including desking for over 100 call centre staff, back-office teams (HR, Admin, and Management), as well as breakout areas and a canteen for staff. The client requested a comprehensive design programme offering multiple layout, style, and colour palette options, ensuring flexibility and a tailored fit for their growing needs.
The Solution
Ian Smith Interiors produced and presented a suite of 3D designs and options to show how to make best use of the new site, emphasising and focussing on how the business would transition from working in an old building comprising many small rooms and offices to the new large open plan space. Discussions on acoustics, layouts and space planning were key to ensure the transition was smooth and problem free.
